Solar generation earns revenue from electricity sales, but it is also a business of living with outdoor equipment for many years. We are not sellers of plants — we are owners, running facilities we bought with our own capital.
発電所は、買えば終わりという資産ではありません。パネルの汚れや雑草、パワーコンディショナの不具合、発電量の小さな異常。放っておけば収益は少しずつ削られていきます。保守・管理の質が長期の収益を左右する——これは理屈ではなく、オーナーとして日々設備に向き合うなかで実感していることです。 A plant is not an asset you can buy and forget. Dirty panels, weeds, inverter faults, small anomalies in output — left alone, each erodes returns bit by bit. The quality of maintenance decides long-term profitability. For us this is not theory; it is what we see, day to day, as owners.
この経験をもとに、他のオーナーの方に向けて二つのことを行っています。ひとつは、発電所のメンテナンス（保守・管理）の支援。もうひとつは、購入をご検討中の方や運営中の方へのセカンドオピニオンです。販売や仲介の立場を持たないため、買う側・運営する側の目線で率直に意見をお伝えできます。 From that experience, we offer two things to fellow owners: support with plant maintenance, and second opinions for those considering a purchase or reviewing a plant already in operation. Because we neither sell nor broker plants, our advice comes plainly from the buyer's and operator's side.
